Lynn Sanelli, Yoga Manager
Lynn is a certified yoga instructor who enjoys teaching both yin yoga which focuses on the joints and connective tissue, as well as a more physical and creative vinyasa style yoga . Also certified in pilates, Lynn teaches mat pilates which focuses on core strength as well as lengthening and strengthening the body. As a marathon runner and former triathlete, Lynn turned to yoga and pilates 12 years ago after repeated tendon injuries and found they realigned, healed and opened her body. She soon realized yoga and pilates is much more than physical therapy and embraced the practice for several years before beginning a teaching career. Since adding a regular yoga and pilates practice to her daily runs, she has been injury free. Lynn enjoys taking this knowledge to her classes.
